Participation is open to all individuals with an interest in Multidisciplinary Ultrasound or Obstetrics & Gynaecological Ultrasound.

Those who wish to attend are encouraged to register via the online form. For Group Registrations, please contact the Meeting Managers via email on asum@arinex.com.au.

Each registrant must fill in a separate form.  A clean photocopy of the form will be accepted, or additional forms can be obtained from the Meeting Managers.

Please note that everyone attending the Workshops or Symposium must register, including speakers.

Full registration entitles delegates to the following:

Day registration entitles delegates to the following:

  • Name Badge for the day registered

Pelvic Floor Workshop registration entitles delegates to the following:

  • Entry to workshop
  • Name Badge for the day registered
  • Morning Tea and Lunch

Payment of Fees

NOTE:  Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. MasterCard and Visa are the credit cards accepted at the Meeting. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to conference by arinex.

Cheques should be made payable to arinex pty Limited for ASUM MDW 2012. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque.  Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.

You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.  Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference.  At the Conference you will receive the final program. Other information shall be posted on the Conference website as it comes to hand.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Meeting Managers.

Registration Fees:

  • Cancellations before Monday 16 January 2012 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations before Thursday 16 February 012 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
  • Cancellations after Thursday 16 February 2012 there will be no refund.

Accommodation:  

  • A minimum of one night’s deposit must be paid at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
  • The deposit is non-refundable after 27 February 2012.

Social:

  • Payments are non-refundable at Thursday 16 February 2012

Entrance to Conference

Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge as part of their registration pack.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to the welcome reception. The Meeting Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Private Touring/Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised as part of the official program, please contact the Meeting Managers who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

Private Functions

It is requested that you advise the Meeting Managers of any private/corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Meeting Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
